Michael S. Ladha Michael joined our firm as an Associate in 2010. He obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration from Memorial University in 2006, and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of New Brunswick in 2009 where he was the recipient of the Patrick Ryan Prize in Trial Practice and the New Brunswick Trial Lawyers’ Association Prize in Trial Practice in his graduating year. He is a member of the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador and the Canadian Bar Association. In his community involvement, Michael is a member of the Board of Directors of the Newfoundland and Labrador Sailing Association and is a volunteer with the AIDS Committee of Newfoundland and Labrador at the Tommy Sexton Centre in St. John’s. Michael was called to the Newfoundland and Labrador Bar as a Barrister and Solicitor on April 16, 2010 and has a varied general practice with a special interest in corporate and commercial law.
