Kelly C.Hopkins Kelly graduated from Memorial University of Newfoundland in 2002 with a Bachelor of Arts and from the University of New Brunswick in 2005 with a Bachelor of Laws. Kelly is a member of the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador and the Canadian Bar Association. She was called to the Newfoundland and Labrador Bar on April 7th, 2006, as a Barrister and Solicitor. Kelly has a varied general practice with a special focus on civil litigation including insurance defence and medical malpractice claims.
